General Notes

We reserve the right to change the size of groups within each category as well as the number of rounds of matches due to the number of entrants. (this will be published before archers start shooting)

Teams will be determined following the closure of the ranking round. As an initial trial of this tournament teams will be determined using the results of the ranking round, the process for this may vary dependent on number of entrants in each category.

*While we will endeavor to have mixed gender teams as much as possible, in order to enable everyone to compete, teams of the same gender may be put together based on entry numbers

Awards and Prize Money

Prize money will be awarded to all categories and will be proportional to the number of entrants in each category

Club Shoots

On Sunday mornings, club members are welcome to attend regular club shoots. These provide a chance for members to get to know one another, ask questions and share their love of the sport. There are a range of rounds that are scheduled each week, and there can always be modified rounds shot for members new to the sport. A list of rounds scheduled can be found inside the clubhouse. Registration is online through Archers Diary

Members can shoot the weekly scheduled round at any time on that day, and the following week, but at least two members must be participating in the scoring. Blank scoresheets are stored behind the clubhouse door.
